You can request deletion of your CliniCase account at any time.
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted?
When your request is processed:
- Your account will be removed.
- Your gameplay statistics and progress will be deleted.
- Your personal information will be removed or anonymized where appropriate.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
How to Request Deletion

Include the email address associated with your CliniCase account.
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
