Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from CliniCase at any time. This includes your account information, game history, and any data received when you registered or signed in — whether via email or Google.
How to request deletion
Send an email to contact@justclinicase.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your CliniCase account.
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will permanently delete:
- Your account and login credentials
- Your name, email address, profession, role, and country (if provided)
- Any third-party login identifiers (Google user ID)
- Your game history, attempts, and statistics
Revoking third-party access
If you signed in with Google, you can revoke CliniCase's access by visiting your Google Account permissions and removing CliniCase.
Revoking third-party access will prevent future logins but will not automatically delete your existing CliniCase data — please send an email request as described above if you wish to delete your data.
